Online Shop
All orders are processed in GBP. Any orders placed using an account of another currency will be charged at the current exchange rate as converted by your bank, along with your bank’s exchange fees/commissions which are in accordance with the policies outlined by your bank. If you are not sure what you will be charged in your local currency, please contact your bank for more details before ordering.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Tweezerfile will take place on the despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately via E-mail at info@tweezerfile.com. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. Please retain proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.
Description of products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
We try our best to ensure that the colours displayed are true to its physical product however due to monitor and digital settings we cannot guarantee the colours you see.
Pricing and payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Maestro card payments via Shopify Payments. Both methods are safe and easy to use. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'
Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Tweezerfile.com. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Tweezerfile.
We do our best to ensure that all prices on our web site are up to date and current at all times. However despite our best efforts some may be incorrect. Please be assured however that as part of our order checking and dispatch processes we do verify our prices. In the event that the price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and still send you the product. In the event that the current price is higher than our stated price, we will contact you to discuss this. We do however reserve the right to withdraw the product from sale at the incorrect price and cancel your order.
Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:
- Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
- Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
- Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
- By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Refunds & Returns
Please examine your order as soon as possible and if there is any fault or you are unhappy with the product, contact us within 7 days of product arrival and please provide images. Please contact us immediately if goods have arrived damaged, and keep all documents in relation to this delivery. Photograph will be required as proof.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange them within 14 days from the day the goods arrive. The purchase must be unused and in its original condition and undamaged packaging. The customer will accept full responsibility of safe transit of goods and bare the shipping cost. We recommend using a traceable method and retain proof of postage. We cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do no receive your returns.
If you want a refund for your product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within three days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Shipping outside the EU
Please be advised that for deliveries outside the EU maybe subject to import duties and taxes at its final destination. Please contact your local customs offices for more details.

Shipping cost
Shipping cost will vary according to the combined weight of the product purchased on Tweezerfile. The final cost will be calculated at checkout before final payment when you have filled out the delivery location.
